1. Availability

We currently deliver only within Uttar Pradesh, India. We’re working to expand delivery to more locations soon. All delivery areas are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.

2. Shipping Charges

Standard delivery charge: ₹60 per order.
Free shipping on all orders above ₹599.
Shipping charges are displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your payment.

3. Dispatch & Delivery Time

Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours of order confirmation.
Delivery typically takes 4–7 working days depending on your location.
Public holidays, weekends, or unforeseen events may slightly extend these timelines.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking link via WhatsApp or email so you can monitor your delivery status.

5. Delays

We aim to deliver on time, but occasional delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will promptly inform you and provide updates until your order is delivered.
