1. Order Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are applicable only for:

  • Orders cancelled before dispatch.

  • Orders received damaged, defective, or with missing items (with proof provided within 48 hours of delivery).

• Due to the nature of our product (food & beverage items), we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

3. Refund Timeline

• Once your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund within 5–7 working days.

• Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during purchase.

• Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

4. Replacement Option

• If you prefer, instead of a refund, we can arrange a replacement or store credit of equal value for damaged or missing items.
